Why People Lie?
All people know that lying is wrong, but they still lying. In fact, people sometimes lie because they have reason, and sometime they lie without reason, but it still lying. Actually, most of time people lie to avoid the trouble, and in that case, lying is a wise move for example lying to resolve dispute, or lying to create happiness or make life easier, but sometimes people lie for to make something interesting for example seller sometimes lie to distract his wares. People can use lie for different reason, and only they are who can make it good or bad.
There are many cases make people lying. For example, people lie in front of strangers, or student lie in school. “One study, published in the Journal of Basic and Applied Psychology, found that 60 percent of people had lied at least once during a 10 conversation between two strangers. On average, the subjects laid almost 3 times in a 10-minute conversation Another study of 2000 Britons claims men tell six lies a day with women averaging 3 lies a day. The same research found the most common lie (told by both sexes) being "Nothing's wrong, I'm fine". A similar study found similar conclusions. In the United States, one study had 77 college students and 70 community members keep a diary detailing their deceptions. The students admitted to lying an average of twice a day, while the community members lied about once per day” By Robert Feldman.

It is okay to lie if lying is the only solution, but we must be aware that lying may makes us lose our honesty, and may causes problems for us.

Forgetting
Many people think that the human mind is too complex to explain, and memory is no exception. Even though vast amounts of research have been carried out into how we remember (and forget things, nobody knows for sure the model on which human memory is based. The human store the information in their memory, but they are unable to remember what they want when they need to remember. For example, sometimes they forget where they put the car key when they want to go out.
There is some science said that forgetting things is useful for our brine. “Your brain needs to forget things that are no longer useful. And this forgetting is inevitable, it is useful, and it is adaptive because it clears your memory for things that are more relevant. The problem, however, is that in the process of all of this memory purging, our brain often forgets important information” By Sue Halpern
“Everyone is always bragging about the power of the human brain. So if it is so darned powerful, why does it fail so often? Why do we forget 90 percent of what we learn within one week? From the perspective of a neuroscience, this question speaks to a fundamental misunderstanding about the brain and about forgetting. Whereas most people think of forgetting as a failure of memory, “I forgot because my memory failed,” in professional neuroscience, forgetting is not thought of as a failure at all. Instead forgetting is thought of as a natural, adaptive, and even desirable activity” By Art Kohn.

People must know the point here is that your brain needs to forget things that are no longer useful.  This forgetting is inevitable, it is useful, and it is adaptive because it clears your memory for things that are more relevant.

Human Nature
The science of human nature is most useful science and it has very powerful impact on human and it more improvement for his life and the ignorance of human nature is the most dangerous types of ignorance and the most harmful to the individual and collective human life.

“Human nature is one of those things that everybody talks about but no one can define precisely” By Alan S. Miller. When the human knew the nature of the universe and realize the laws of motion; he was able to make things to help him, and blow enormous energies in nature, and he was able to invent rockets, planes and trains. In fact, the human in past never imagined he can do this. Despite the achievements of human, but he still unaware of many things, But who knew about these human nature is limited to psychologists and this fundamental aspect of human knowledge. This basic science did not become a general culture rumored to all people, with that there is an urgent need for circulation, but the Human remains mired in understanding things, and there is no interest to understand him. If people understand human nature and focused this understanding to change their life, their life will change for better. Actually, most of those people who are studying for a long time, they are not show any interest for the definition of the human nature, so we do not know the most important thing, we should know about it.

          Varying Tastes and Genetics
Each person has his own taste and his own style, which makes him distinct from the others. He likes specific color, perfume, food, shirt or song. He has different personality, maybe he is fun, serious, quiet, or he loves joking. People like things when they resonate with their own way of thinking, beliefs or dreams. People like the things in the outside world when they match their inner world. It’s normal when the person becomes different from his family and his friends, but sometimes the surrounding environment may affect the person’s personality.” The most promising source for understanding how people's natural or existing traits can affect the responses of the environment lies in the examination of the traits with which people are born, most notably physical appearance. Much the same way people's personality affects how others treat those people, so too does appearance. In some sense, certain elements of appearance (such as hygiene and selection of clothes) are also functions of personality, but for the most part, physical appearance, as something one inherits genetically, is independent of personality. Because of this, it can be said that physical appearance affects the environment that in turn affects personality” by Nathan C. Popkins. In fact, genetics and heredity can play a role in shaping personalities along with environment. Hereditary factors passed by our parents and ancestors to us are the main factor to one’s personality

Obesity

“Obesity is a growing global health problem. Obesity is when someone is so overweight that it is a threat to their health. Obesity typically results from over-eating (especially an unhealthy diet) and lack of enough exercise”. by Anup Shah Obesity means having too much body fat. It is not the same as being overweight, which means weighing too much. A person may be overweight from extra muscle, bone, or water, as well as from having too much fat. Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particularly heart disease, diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive food energy intake, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility, although a few cases are caused primarily by genes, endocrine disorders, medications, or psychiatric illness. Evidence to support the view that some obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow metabolism is limited. On average, obese people have greater energy expenditure than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.  Dieting and exercising are the main treatment for obesity. Diet quality can be improved by reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. With a suitable diet, anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption. If diet, exercise, and medication are not effective, a gastric balloon may assist with weight loss, or surgery may be performed to reduce stomach volume and/or bowel length, leading to feeling full earlier and a reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food.
