“Obesity is a growing global
health problem. Obesity is when someone is so overweight that it is a threat to
their health. Obesity typically results from over-eating (especially an
unhealthy diet) and lack of enough exercise”. by Anup Shah Obesity means having
too much body fat. It is not the same as being overweight, which means weighing
too much. A person may be overweight from extra muscle, bone, or water, as well
as from having too much fat. Obesity increases the likelihood of various
diseases, particularly heart disease, diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea,
certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Obesity is most commonly caused by
a combination of excessive food energy intake, lack of physical activity, and
genetic susceptibility, although a few cases are caused primarily by genes,
endocrine disorders, medications, or psychiatric illness. Evidence to support
the view that some obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow
metabolism is limited. On average, obese people have greater energy expenditure
than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an
increased body mass. Dieting and
exercising are the main treatment for obesity. Diet quality can be improved by
reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and
sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. With a suitable diet,
anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption.
If diet, exercise, and medication are not effective, a gastric balloon may
assist with weight loss, or surgery may be performed to reduce stomach volume
and/or bowel length, leading to feeling full earlier and a reduced ability to
absorb nutrients from food.
Supply and demand
Economic is very important and it helps to understand many thing in our
life such as prices. We usually when we go for shopping we notice different
prices for grocery, clothes and so on and we don't know the resin for prices
diversity. Economists always have answers for these kinds of question which
they come up with many laws clarify these mysteries. One of these laws is
supply and demand laws. Which is considers the easiest laws and economy sciences.
Supply and demand is an economic model of price determination in a market. Actually, Supply and demand depend on the
availability of the product and rarity. If the number of the product increased
the price of product decrease and if the number of product decreased, the price
of product increases. “There is a preference for orange among the south Indian
households this season. With apple and grape prices ruling high coupled with a
loss of banana crop in Kerala, orange is the favorite fruit on the breakfast
table among south Indians. Orange is selling at Rs40 per kg whereas banana, the
commoner's fruit, is selling at Rs50-60 per kg, while apple is priced double
that of orange” by Sutanuka Ghosal & PK Krishnakumar.

Color has a
Powerful Effect on Our Mood
Color has a
Powerful Effect on Our Mood
Each person prefers a certain color for the other, but you
ever asked yourself do those colors effect on our case moods or not?
Pablo Picasso - was a Spanish painter, sculptor, print-maker, ceramicist, stage
designer, poet and
playwright who spent most of his adult life in France- said that “Colors, like
features, follow the changes of the emotions”. According to several
studies in the field of psychology, has been referring to every color in detail,
and confirmed the relationship between color and mood of each human being. Where human behavior is determined by his favorite
color or what he sees in front of him, it is a big factor. You may notice thousands of years have used a
different set of colors to paint the walls surrounding the houses and human being,
and the human don’t know that those colors have a positive or negative effect on
their health and their mood.
